We are bringing both our cedar barrel sauna and wood-fired box sauna together to create an elevated experience.

Social Sauna Sessions

This is a public sauna shared with a group of up to 11 people. You can book one or multiple seats in our Social Sauna. You will enjoy a 75-minute session through heat and cold exposure—contrast therapy—a practice used for centuries to calm the body and mind. While these sessions are social and encourage connection, please be mindful and respectful of everyone’s privacy.

  • cold showers (when the temperature is below freezing, the shower is unavailable)

  • harbor cold plunge (when the temperature is below freezing, the ladder and plunge area can become icy and slick, but will generally remain open)

Private Sauna Sessions

We offer Private Sauna Sessions for groups of up to 12 people. Your group will have exclusive access to both our cedar barrel sauna, wood-fired box sauna, and amenities for a 75 minute session. $295 + tax.

Membership

Are you looking to benefit from practicing contrast therapy on a regular basis? Membership provides discounts to those looking to incorporate contrast therapy into their wellness routine. We have packages that include 2, 4, or 8 sessions per month. Members are also offered discounts on private sessions and early access to bookings for events. This is a recurring monthly membership that renews a month after the date of purchase. Credits do not pass forward and are non-transferable.
