Session Validity Period:

You have 2, 4, or 8 sessions for the month's membership, starting the day you pay. ex: Nov 5 - Dec 5.

These sessions must be scheduled before the next renewal date (Dec 5), or they will expire.

Credit Card Renewal:

On Dec 5, the credit card is charged, and another 2,4, or 8 sessions are added to your account.

Booking Flexibility:

You can schedule sessions beyond the current month, as far out calendar permits it (e.g., if you're unavailable part of December, you can book sessions into January). We book 60 days out.

Avoiding Expiry:

To avoid losing sessions, book them before the renewal date.

Even if you're uncertain about your plans, it's advisable to book the sessions. You can always adjust the appointment later, provided you adhere to the 12-hour cancellation/rescheduling window. Sessions will not accrue or roll over to the next month and are not transferable to others.

The membership will auto-renew each month on the date of purchase. You will be notified 7 days before the charge. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the auto-renewal.

This is a non-refundable one month commitment. Our season ends on April 30, 2025. We will confirm that you want the last auto-pay of the season. Depending on the billing cycle date, you can purchase individual sessions at that time.
